I am taking reservations for my neighbor's luxurious beach house. As you can see from the pictures, this house is beautiful, with tropical hardwood throughout the house and tropical hardwood furntiture. This part of Uaymitun is the absolute best area of the Yucatan shore. The houses in the area are all up-scale. There is only one row of houses along the beach. The beach is much larger than the small beaches of Chicxulub, yet, being at km marker 16, it is a short drive to Progreso and an easy drive to Merida. A non-refundable deposit of 33% of the rent is due to confirm reservations. The full amount is due within two weeks of the start of your stay at this topical beach villa.
